I realize that it’s not customary, but Karen and White Stone Real Estate had two Realtor Open Houses in order to give any realtor in Hot Springs ample opportunity to tour my house. I was very pleased with the number of realtors attending each of the Realtor Open Houses White Stone Real Estate conducted. As the realtor representing me as the seller, Karen was in attendance each time my house was shown to a prospective buyer. In what has been described as a “soft” real estate market, Karen and the folks at White Stone Real Estate sold my house in only 44 days, and advised me with selling my house for what I wanted. I know that it’s not very common, but Karen and Jennifer sold my house full of furniture to the new owners! I don’t believe that I left any “money on the table” because Karen conducted what I thought to be a comprehensive market analysis of my house prior to listing it.
