About Ron Pardue

Ron Pardue began his long success in real estate in 1984 when he started as a sales representative for Carriage Custom Homes, Inc. (CCH) in the Dallas, Texas area market. Now, Ron is excited to announce his new association with Whitestone Real Estate.

After graduating from Henderson State University with a BSBA in Marketing, Ron worked in Arkansas state government and for Dun & Bradstreet out of Little Rock and in Oklahoma. Since 1984, Ron has remained in real estate, working as a sales representative and later owning his own custom building company, building homes in Dallas and surrounding counties.

In 1988, Ron became a licensed real estate agent for the RE/MAX Company in Rockwall, Texas, maintaining his close ties with CCH. When CCH relocated their headquarters to Hot Springs, Arkansas, Ron remained in the Rockwall and Hunt County areas building homes under the CCH umbrella.

Ron’s expertise and commitment to his career in real estate are matched by his commitment to his family and his love for music. He is an accomplished guitar player and has performed publicly since his college years. In Texas, he used his talent to enhance the music program at Abundant Life Church in Garland from 1993 until 2009.

In 2009, Ron and several other talented musicians formed the Crossfire Country Gospel Band, performing in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Missouri. The band was honored with the “Band of the Year – Gold Cross Award” in 2012 by the ICGMA (International Country Gospel Music Association).

Ron retired from the band in 2018. That same year, he and his wife, Alice, returned to Hot Springs, Arkansas, where Ron had grown up. He continues to work as a licensed real estate agent with White Stone Real Estate, primarily serving Hot Springs Village.
