About Lain Rodgers

Lain is the co-owner of Carriage Homes, a third-generation construction company she operates alongside her husband, Doug. With nearly five decades of experience and more than 6,000 homes built, Carriage Homes has helped shape some of Hot Springs’ most recognized communities, including Glencairn and Arlington Park, as well as numerous homes in Hot Springs Village. Lain leads the interior design for each home, bringing a refined eye and thoughtful attention to detail. Earlier in Lain's career, she owned and operated a brokerage of 40 agents, adding a strong foundation of real estate expertise to her work.
