Dane Thomson – Team Leader
Dane Thomson brings over 30 years of real estate experience, with a strong foundation in commercial transactions that now informs his well-rounded approach to serving a wide range of clients. Having successfully negotiated and closed more than 500 sales and lease deals, Dane leverages his deep understanding of market dynamics, negotiation strategy, and property valuation to deliver meaningful results for buyers, sellers, and investors alike. While his early career focused on representing national investment groups and managing complex commercial portfolios, Dane now channels that expertise into helping individuals and families make confident, informed real estate decisions. His strategic mindset, paired with a personalized, relationship-driven approach, ensures clients receive both professional insight and attentive support throughout the process. 

Over the years, Dane has been actively involved in a variety of community and faith-based organizations, including the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Lake Highlands Public Improvement District, East Dallas Young Life, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Adult & Teen Challenge. He and his wife Christy have been married for 32 years and are proud parents of five adult children and grandparents to one grandson.

Christy Thomson – Team Coordinator & Agent
Christy Thomson brings a unique blend of warmth, organization, and care to her role as Team Coordinator and Agent. With experience in education, homemaking, and personal fitness training, Christy has developed a strong foundation in communication, planning, and helping others thrive. Her time managing a busy household and raising a large family gives her firsthand insight into the needs of buyers and sellers at every stage of life.

Whether coordinating team operations or working directly with clients, Christy is known for her steady guidance, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help others find the right fit.

Jaycob Thomson – Agent
Jaycob Thomson brings energy, versatility, and a hands-on approach to his work as a real estate agent. With experience in outside sales, camp ministry, and construction, Jaycob understands how to connect with clients, assess property potential, and guide people through the home buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.

His background in ministry and leadership has shaped his commitment to service, while his construction knowledge adds a practical edge that clients value. Whether helping someone envision a space’s future or negotiating the best outcome, Jaycob approaches every transaction with integrity, enthusiasm, and a problem-solving mindset.
