Brad Wreyford is very excited to be part of the White Stone Real Estate team and to serve the community he has loved for decades. Growing up in Louisiana, Brad spent his summers vacationing on the lakes of Hot Springs long before it became his home. More than twelve years ago, he and his family made that dream a reality, putting down roots in the place that held so many fond memories.

With a background that spans fine arts, construction, landscaping, and the short-term rental industry, Brad brings a rare blend of creativity, hands-on expertise, and market insight to every client relationship. He doesn’t just see properties; he sees possibilities. Whether it’s a historic home, a rural retreat, a lakefront escape, or a smart commercial investment, Brad understands that every property has a story to tell and a future to build.

Drawn to architecture and design from an early age, Brad has a natural eye for both beauty and potential. His passion for buildings allows him to help buyers envision what a space could be, and sellers showcase what makes their property truly special.

When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find Brad enjoying modern art and design, architecture, construction projects, and gardening. He and his wife, Katy, live on a peaceful, creekside oasis just ten minutes from Hot Springs, where they are raising their four teenagers and enjoying the community they proudly call home.
